My point: This division still belongs to Boston, even in a condensed season.
No Tim Thomas this year so I suspect no where near as much domination that guy was the only reason you owned Ottawa for the last few years

The only reason?

Yeah, ok ...

The fact that the Senators suck and have been irrelevant since 2007 has nothing to do with it...

Found out today that they aren't printing tickets for season ticket holders. We have to print them online. SUPPPPPPPPPER LAME

Ottawa has great future ahead but you\'re not there yet. Keep in mind you were only in the playoffs because Toronto and BuffaLOL choked down the stretch. However, I do give them a lot of credit for giving the Rangers all they could handle. But, you have even less grit up front with the departure of Konopka and your defense is average at best. Also since when is Tuukka Rask a bad goalie?

EDIT: I give Thomas all the credit in the world but people seem to forget how much the defense bails hims out too. I clearly remember a few saves by Chara.

Thats totally Bushleague! So, how much did they discount the tickets? I recently came across my season tick book from 2001, i had the score and a note written for every game in the back. There's something magical about the feel of that pack of tickets when they come, thats very dissappointing and really, how much are they saving by doing it.

I cringe at the thought of Pandolfo, i mean really? I know they are trying to re-create the Recci role, but much like Roloston last year he's no Recci. If it were a longer season you could play around with that last spot, and injuries change everything, but I'd rather see Spooner, or even Bourque II, if only for imaginary nostalgic reasons.

I agree. They don't need another PK/defensive specialist in the regular lineup. I'd only consider Pandolfo a good move if he agreed to sit in the press box as a 13 guy until someone gets hurt.
BTW as much as I hate that Jacobs can spearhead a lockout and still sell out the Garden for a (free) scrimmage, it is a pretty good reflection of how crazy about this team Boston fans are right now.
